Memorial Day 2007

General Order No 11, Washington DC, May 5, 1868 -
General John Logan designated May 30th for the "purpose of strewing with flowers or otherwise decorating the graves of comrades who died in defense of their country"......

We honor the war dead of our great nation, we need to honor those who serve on the front lines of our war on terror. Honor them with respect for their mission and support for our President and what he is trying to accomplish on behalf of future generations. We must wake up and understand the struggle we are in.

On behalf of Veterans who have fought,
Steve Altick, Lt Col, USAF (Ret)
